- You MUST verify that the service you are booked for is the service you are receiving.
Any changes that need to be made for example.,
- Nail Repair
- Full set instead of fill ins
- Design/rhinestone add on
Please reach out to verify there is enough time to add on or this can turn out into a rescheduled appointment at the time of service.
- If you are more than 10 minutes LATE you will be charged a late fee, or deposit will be non-refundable & we will need to reschedule your appointment.
- If you CANCELless than 48 hours, a cancellation fee will be charged, or deposit will be non-refundable.
- NO SHOWS are unacceptable and will be charged full-service amount. If you no show more than once Dnails will refuse ANY future appointments scheduled.
